Are you uh,,, lonely? Then you must read this article.. Some has many friends, whereas some are not. Which side are you on? No matter who you are, where you go you already have a bunch of friends. Very closely, no, too close to see them.. Those friends are, strictly to say, not a human being. Kinda living creatures. They never part with you. They sleep together with you. They eat together with you. They even follow you to the loo. Unfortunately you can’t see them, but they’re there. 

They are microscopic mites, eight-legged creatures rather like spiders. Almost every human being has them. They spend their entire lives on our faces, where they eat, mate and finally die. These mites have eight short and stubby legs near their heads. Aren’t they so much cute? Their bodies are elongated, almost worm-like. Under a microscope, they look as though they’re swimming through oil, neither very far, nor very fast. 

Compared with other parts of your body, your face has larger pores and more numerous glands, which may explain why the mites tend to live there. But they have also been found elsewhere, including the genital area and on breasts. Stop saying obscenity! That suggests we all have them, and probably in quite large numbers. It’s hard to speculate or quantify but a low population would be maybe in the hundreds. A high mite population would be thousands. 


The populations may well vary from person to person, so you might have many more than your neighbour or far fewer. You may also have more mites on one side of your face than the other. For most people, most of the time, they’re harmless.
They may even be beneficial. For instance, they may clear dead skin off our faces or eat harmful skin bacteria. Uh! They were good friends!


But suppose you really wanted to get rid of them. Could you? Although there are therapies that kill mites, we can’t get rid of them forever. They are forever friends. We pick them up from people who we are in contact with. We pick them up from sheets, pillows, towels. Even if you kill them off, you’re going to get them again, because they’re everywhere and they want to be on your face. Did you ever be told “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away”? In person, literally I eat an apple bodily a day since..  since when I was far younger than now, since I knew this saying. Get up in the morning and grap a round yummy-looking buddy. You hear me crunch sounds? Yummy, freshing, and wake you up morning sound definitely, isn’t it? I eat it whole. Meaning without leaving its skin. It’s because there are much more essential nutrients than it’s flesh, aside from all another one. So let’s have a closer look into our buddy! 

1)Lowers your heart disease. You know apples are very much associated with lowering the risk of heart disease. Please give your attention to..soluble fibers! which are able to lower the cholesterol level in the blood. Oh, I really can’t stand a blood traffic jam. This fiber can help widen road for your blood flow. The skin of the apple is rich in polyphenols, which has the ability to lower blood pressure. The phenolic compound in the skin of the apple stops the cholesterol from solidifying and blocking the arteries.

 

2)Apples are full of fiber that can make you feel full longer. Let me give you other example you can understand easily. Have some bread and you will feel full soon, but become hunger in no time. But not apple! This will help you limit your intake of calories per day. How can you go on eating even though you are not hungry? And how it works? Fiber takes longer to digest, which is why you don’t feel hungry hours after eating foods that are high in fiber. If you really want to shed off some weight, you should aim to consume about 25 to 40 grams of fiber each day. Got it? It means you should have veggies and fruits all the time.

 

3)Feeds the good bacteria in your gut. Apples contain pectin, which is a type of fiber that can act as a prebiotic in your gut. Pectin can promote the good bacteria in your gut. When this fiber goes to the colon or large intestine, it feeds the good bacteria and allows them to grow and flourish.

 

 

When you have a healthy gut, this can help lower the risk of obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. Um.. you fart smell bad and stinky?  Ghastly rotten egg smell? If so, could you please shut up and just stuff your guts with apples?

Stuff you should know

 

How often do you use a microwave oven? If you ask me, I know you didn’t ask me, though, whack!  As for me, why not?

How beautifully convenient it is! Perhaps 4 to 5 times a day for the sake’s of fundamentally heating foods such as frozen foods bought by at supermarket at my ease, warming something like milks that drew out rapidly of refrigerator,

and helping yourself to peel good-for-nothing skins that are actually not, on the contrary the core of the nutrients mostly indeed, of hard-to-peel veggies like garlics and ginkgo both of that my yummy yum yum foods for free time given. 

But for some time past, by chance, a short saying caught my attention on radio broadcast, at which two shared a talk as to a, um,, home cooking over the lines and receiver spoke that I don’t use the microwave oven home to keep up my healthy.

Curiosity killed the cat? As the case might be curiosity can save cat’s life, you know. 

 

 

Here are some tips I wanna give you.

Namely, microwave oven cooking is harming your health. Why? To cook and warm foods, it emits a radiation 1)that can zap food nutrition, stripping away its original one. So it’s called “dead food”,

and 2)destroys your breast milk and vitamin B-12. What the hell is the vitamin B-12?

That is a nutritious substance that can help running your blood cells and neurons.

It is in foods like raw beef, pork, and milk. Gee, all my preferences.. And the study said 30 to 40 percent loss of it when exposed to microwave.

And about breast milk, well, do you happen to be a um, expecting mother, oh, please, Can I, let me draw your attention a while, even though I know you under the weather?

The powerful bacteria-fighting agents in it are also destroyed by microwave heating!

3)oh my god! I can’t wait to chuck it away right now! Moreover, microwaves create carcinogens in foods.

What is carcinogen? I also didn’t know, easy, easy, here got some done.

Carcinogens is a thing, I mean substance, that can cause cancers! Being in plastic inside microwave oven?

Poop! You’re now eating such and such dead food and a chemical substance creating cancers.

Then how about low power use?

Poop again, not much difference you will see. 

 

 

If you had been in a hurrying life and not into well-being, I wouldn’t have surely tipped and mined you.

But mind you, the convenientier you are in, the lesser span of your lifetime.

1. What about you?

 

There are some occasions which I had gotten through when it comes to alcoholic things. I don’t take alcohol right now since 7 years ago approximately, not even sipping in. But very few times just soak my throat with light beer. Then back in ranging from when I was high school to I was an officer after graduated, that over period of times was the best time of keeping a drink in my whole life, literally consistently drinking alcohol every other day.

In school days I don’t know why I did such.. a bad behavior. We all know the students should work on study, not dwelling on a drink. But I wasn’t as much bad as you’d think of. I mean drinking was just fun for a teenager of me. When drunk along with my friends we all were just happy as we do have a talk with various matters, and loud out not caring about neighbors, which came caused to the street fights that was what I had longed for to get into. With this state of tipsy physical fights were enormous joy, and I’m the most entertained among friends. Uh,, come to think of it, I was a bit bad. Admitted it. What about you? Did you ever fight in a tipsy on the street?

1. What about you?

 

When you travel long distance, especially typically far away, you gotta pack luggage with necessities such clothing, first of all, as extra shirts to change on each day if possible, particularly if you mind dirts, specks, stains and the like. But not for me. I mean I don’t mind not dirts only, but other people looking at me also. This pic almost me.

 

Long pants for a walk or maybe for hiking, or why not, to hide your shy legs, short pants for indoor or outdoor nearby or why not? when you feel like hopping jumping soaking into shallow stream elevating water to the level of your shorts, under pants to keep your not-wanna-show thing from someone, jumper to keep warm and not to hurt your torso at night or winter season, gloves if you wanna pick something at the seashore, or of course to protect your hands, and socks, stinky smell bye bye, and.. mind you,  cap to tuck your dirty messy smelly hair in it.

You know I’m the one who don’t keep much items that I used to use in a daily life. In a far away place I let me be myself in a natural way, not hesitating to go in water, climb tree, rollling on the ground, in order to feel nature and to take a priceless part in amongst nature party. I enjoy everything. I be a baby. I pamper myself.

But most are don’t. Most fear other’s eyes, care about eyes looking at me. So fit themselves to others reluctantly.. that really sucks. it’s so bad things. Too bad to be happy. It’s a giving up your happiness, I’d say. I also care about other people. If there’s someone who saying I really never mind eyes looking at me, it’s a lie. Nobody in the world is free out of other’s gaze. But for me, I just regard them as my audiences, I’m playing a my role faithfully on my stage of the world. My audiences sometimes clap their hands, and sometimes say boo. Whatever they say I’ve been preparing for my next performance. And am preparing. And will prepare.. because I pursuit the happiness.

1. What about you?

The very first time I saw an animated cartoon, Dorothy and the wizard in oz, I remember the emotions that are full of joyful, heartbeating, can’t wait to see next. All that was seen was a magical, charming, fantastic, far beyond my imagination.
Adventure to the unknown world, untrodden roads, unexpecting things popped out in a row. They all made me can’t take my eyes off the each and every cartoon scenes. Around by the time I had to pick a decent English fiction, not much time were needed for me now that everyone would’ve read this story, and must’ve memorized till now clearly. So why not recollect this amazing story, and why not find your good old days?

And that I should expecte to live no longer than 3 to 6 months.

My doctor advised me to go home and get my affairs in order which is doctor’s code for prepare to die.

It means to try to tell your kids everything. You thought you’d have the next 10 years to tell in just a few months.

It means to make sure everything is bottomed up. So that it will be as easy as possible for your family.

It means to say your good byes.

1. What about you?

 

It was a quite steep heelside on the high mountain that I fell slipped into vertically downward, rolling down exactly.

On the way to hiking  I’d stumbled to the side by missing my steps, oh my gosh, that steep heel was 60 or so degree at least in my imagines, and about 30 meters long. 30meters long enough to think many while I nearly plummeted. 

 

During to down what I thought was, man, really no thoughts got me the moment I’m heading down, just split second and I’m downing, phew, that’s all. Maybe it was 5 meters away down that I had had a mere chance to start to thinking. First no thought struck me. Second one is won’t it be terrifying hurt if I had a boom crush to some rock whose edged part bulged or sticking branches out of the trees waiting to, in no time, to prick my torso. And lastly a lot of is how far would I go further as rolling carries on.

 

Falling down is sickening, speechless horror, would rather die event for me. I even don’t ride the rides at an amusement park. Going forward no sweat. However Going down? Oh, gee give me a complete break!

1. What about you?

 

In Korea few earthquakes break out. As long as I’ve seen no earthquakes in Korea unlike Japan. Remembered the first time earthquakes. In the middle of night I woke by shaking and alarming of cellular phone, very loud, indeed I was more frightened by alarming sounds than earthquakes itself. And I found myself a bit swayed like in a swaying cradle! The house was swaying literally! Since then lots of times earthquakes have got me though. Wish not make a confrontation to a direct enormous earthquakes. 

2. Today’s story iiiiiiis.

 

Although the horse called Jim did not want to advance onward, it had to go because Zeb cracked his whip to Jim especially at the side. Wasn’t it that whipping cracked the earthquakes eventually? Symbolically..

A marching band of three, Dorothy, Zeb and his companion Jim hasn’t had a easy way, easy journey like first couldn’t get together on time without knowing one another’s faces, and this one is tiny thing though, Jim, a horse owned by in the least till backing home along with, for Zeb who was grasping reins tight as they have a talk, tied to around it’s shoulder or neck, otherwise both couldn’t hit the road due to the fact that..

Now faced a new bigger one this time, no I’d say, on the verge of hanging their necks, sucked into deep dark which would maybe they never crawl back on earth where threy were just before, nor survive and start a new life at there unknown yet they..
